As clinicians and educators with a passion for providing the very best pre-hospital emergency care, we met lots of people who told us they didn't feel their past first aid training was very enjoyable or effective.

We decided this wasn't good enough and in 2011 we set about creating something better. Custom Training was established with a focus on developing competent and confident first aiders, through enjoyable, interactive and practical training that's contextualised to each person's situation.

Since then we've delivered training to organisations large and small, in the UK and overseas. We now have a network of trusted trainers that work with us to deliver consistently excellent training.

Do you provide training for individuals?

Unfortunately, we don't run courses that individuals can book on to. We only provide on-site first aid training for groups. However, if you have colleagues who may also need first aid training, why not get together and have a group course. It can work out to be cost-effective from as little as 2 people, and you'll get a course that's tailored exactly to your needs.
Do we need to provide a venue?

In a word, yes! We don't have a training centre as we deliver all of our first aid courses on-site. All we need is space for all of the learners to be able to practice CPR in groups of 3 at the same time. There will need to be enough space around them so they're not on top of each other! Customers who don't have a suitable space usually hire an external venue, such as their local community hall.
What area do you cover?

We can deliver training anywhere! We have a network of excellent trainers all over the UK and can also deliver training overseas.
